@keenetic.fit

James Keen for your strength training and mobility.

Working on cycle specific as well as all-round fitness will benefit you on and off the bike. James takes a holistic, long-view approach tailored to your needs.

He has a multi-sport background, including cycling, running and ultra-endurance. This gives him the capacity to see things from different angles.

Most importantly, James is a nice guy you can work with.

@bikefitben

Need a bikefit? Ben’s Orpington bikefit studio is the place to go. Ben and his team are amazing.

There is a reason so many pros and committed amateurs keep coming back.

I have seen Ben’s team at work and this is more than a fit - it’s a process and a partnership that will take your bike riding to another level.

@RevampBikes for head-turning custom spray jobs to lift your mood and boost your riding.

Another great guy doing good things for cycling in London.

Matt @RevampBikes

@SpokeCyclesCC

The destination for North London and Herts riders after a good coffee and a cake.

Is it better not to stop during a ride? All depends what you’re after…

The coach in me says whatever keeps the motivation going and maintains the fun in cycling. That generally includes riding with others and having a good chat on and off the bike.

Spoke certainly ticks those boxes.

The workshop has saved us a few times too!

Cycling clubs

Cycling clubs across the country are where most riders learn from each and enjoy spending time together on and off the bike. It’s the best place to start your cycling journey and a community that will stay with you for the rest of your life.
